Position Summary: Grupo Qata is seeking a Quality Architect to supervise quality control in infrastructure, retail, and corporate office projects, managing area releases and resolution of unforeseen issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality control for critical work packages such as painting and carpentry 2. Development of release protocols and technical quality reports 3. Coordination with subcontractors and material management At Grupo Qata — a specialist in the design, engineering, and construction of infrastructure, retail, and corporate office projects — we are currently seeking a Quality Architect. **Required Profile** **Academic Background and Certifications:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Mandatory) **Minimum Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in quality control supervision roles for multifamily building projects **Technical Knowledge:** * MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD **Responsibilities** * Supervise critical work packages including painting, carpentry, marble, ceramics, suspended ceilings, and lighting * Develop area release protocols, identify non-conformities, and draft technical quality reports * Create and track final punch lists prior to client handover * Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, manage material inventory, and mitigate losses * Resolve technical issues arising during cladding installation **Benefits** · Competitive market-aligned remuneration · Payment via Receipt for Professional Services **Apply by sending your CV to: gth@grupoqata.pe** Work Location: On-site employment
