At ENGIE, we value: * **Professional Evolution:** Self-manage your career within a dynamic environment offering constant growth opportunities, ongoing training, and development. * **Well-being and Balance:** We foster a culture of well-being, care, and work–life balance, promoting workplaces that prioritize mental health, safety, and sustainable personal development. * **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:** We promote bias-free processes and a safe, trusting, and respectful workplace where you can be yourself and perform at your full potential—regardless of origin, gender, generation, disability, or sexual orientation. **Senior Project Engineer (PMO) – Lima** **(Fixed-term contract)** **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Coordinating the implementation and use of project control tools (schedule, costs, risks, stakeholders, quality, PMPs, IND1, among others), aligned with ENGIE, GBUs, IPOS, and PMI standards. * Supervising project management and performance through progress analysis, risk identification, mitigation proposals, and recovery plans. * Driving continuous improvement in project management via lessons learned, feedback from IPOS/GBUs, and definition of KPIs for monitoring and control. * Coordinating standardization of reports, KPIs, templates, methodologies, and PMO databases, ensuring updated information aligned with corporate guidelines. * Providing support and training to project teams on project management tools and methodologies, including use of PM Tool (Procore) and management of associated performance indicators. * Supervising and coordinating the work of PMO Engineers and/or Project Controllers, as well as consolidating performance information and QA/QC documentation for projects under implementation. **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechanical–Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, Civil, or Systems Engineering. * Knowledge of energy sector project management. * Desirable: + Knowledge of project administration and management. + 4–6 years of experience in project control. + Experience using digital tools for project management. + Knowledge of budget preparation and control for construction projects and CAPEX management. + Familiarity with requirements and needs of renewable energy and/or infrastructure projects. + Knowledge of risk and stakeholder management. **Benefits we offer you:** * 100% covered medical insurance premium. * 100% covered oncological insurance premium. * Performance bonus. * Occupational safety and health bonus. * Training and workshops. ***At ENGIE,*** *every individual plays a key role in accelerating the energy transition.
