Leadership, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills Site Supervisor We are currently looking for a **Site Supervisor** to lead and supervise project execution, ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct and coordinate on-site execution activities. * Monitor project progress, schedule, costs, and resources. * Supervise work quality and proper execution. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and technical staff. * Review quantity takeoffs, valuations, and construction documentation. * Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project specifications. **Requirements:** * Graduate and licensed Civil Engineer. * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project execution. * Experience as Site Supervisor or Site Manager. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel. * Leadership, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
