What will be your mission? Ensure achievement of the store's commercial targets through efficient management of the team, operations, customer service, and inventory control. ️ Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop the store team. Ensure achievement of sales targets and service-level standards. Manage store opening and closing procedures. Supervise proper product display and distribution. Monitor staff attendance, performance, and appearance. Track stock levels, inventories, shrinkage, and transfers. Supervise cash-handling processes, bank deposits, and commercial documentation.
