**Job Objective**
Provide comprehensive technical support throughout the tendering, planning, execution, and closing phases of our projects, ensuring the quality and accuracy of quantity take-offs, budgets, proposals, and technical documentation.
**Main Responsibilities**
* **Costs and Budgeting:** Review tender documents; prepare quantity take-offs (architecture, structures, and installations); develop Unit Price Analyses (APUs), budgets, and compare supplier quotations.
* **Technical Design and Development:** Prepare layout proposals, construction details, as-built/execution drawings, and solutions for finishes, furniture, and minor structures (including site visits and measurements).
* **Document Control and Technical Files:** Manage drawing version control; prepare *As-Built* drawings; and maintain organized technical documentation.
* **On-Site Technical Support:** Address field inquiries; identify interferences; validate quantity take-offs for extras/deducts; and monitor target budget performance.
* **Project Closure and Quality Dossier:** Consolidate quality dossiers, protocols, manuals, certificates, and client delivery documents.
* **Project Handover:** Lead the formal handover of awarded projects to the Operations department.
**Candidate Requirements**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree or licensed professional in **Architecture** or **Civil Engineering**.
* **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of experience (3–4 years preferred) in technical offices, cost estimation, and project execution for commercial, *retail*, office, or *fast-track* renovation projects.
* **Tools and IT Skills:**
* **Required:** Advanced AutoCAD, Intermediate/Advanced Excel, quantity take-off preparation, and APU development.
* **Preferred:** Revit, SketchUp, MS Project, Power BI, and cost estimation software.
* Openness to adopting **Artificial Intelligence** tools to support information analysis and management.
**Employment Conditions and Benefits**
* **Work Regime and Modality:** On-site work with availability for travel and site visits as required by operational needs.
* **Employment Contract:** Formal employment under the MYPE regime, including all statutory benefits (profit-sharing bonuses, Compulsory Savings Fund [CTS], paid vacations).
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
* **Protection and Coverage:** SCTR (Complementary Occupational Risk Insurance) and Statutory Life Insurance from day one.
* **Equipment:** Full provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for fieldwork and corporate technological tools to perform your duties.
