Job Summary: You will provide operational support in a textile workshop, ensuring quality and adherence to production timelines through garment preparation, cleaning, ironing, and packaging. Collaborates with the textile workshop team Provide operational support to the textile workshop production process, ensuring proper preparation of materials and garments for production, as well as quality inspection, cleaning, ironing, folding, and packaging of finished garments, thereby contributing to compliance with quality standards and production timelines set by the Production Department. **Responsibilities:** * Garment quality control. * Garment cleaning and ironing. * Folding and packaging of garments for shipment. * Preparing/supporting sewers in their production. * Supporting the textile workshop team. * Performing tasks assigned by the Plant Manager. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * 6 months of experience as a garment preparer in the textile industry. * Availability to work in La Victoria. * Physical effort (standing for extended periods).
