We are looking for a professional to design user-centered digital experiences, transforming business needs into intuitive, accessible, and engaging solutions. The professional will be responsible for researching, designing, prototyping, and validating interfaces that ensure an efficient user experience aligned with the project’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Business Research and Understanding** * Analyze corporate and residential manuals. * Observe and document the actual work of operators and planners. * Identify differences between Corporate and Residential Web Delivery. * Map frequent tasks, exceptions, and bulk operations. * Identify points where users currently rely on messages, filters, or screens. * Collaborate with product and business teams to define the experience backlog. * Validate each flow with real users. **Requirements and Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design. * Experience designing enterprise or operational applications. * Proficiency in Figma. * Experience in research, interviews, and usability testing. * Ability to create user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes. * Experience working with role-based and permission-based systems. * Knowledge of responsive design. * Experience with design systems. (Desirable) * Ability to work within agile teams. * Experience collaborating with backend, frontend, QA, and product teams. * Ability to translate complex business rules into understandable user flows. **Technical Knowledge** * User Experience (UX) design. * User Interface (UI) design. * Information architecture. * User-centered design. * Responsive design. * Wireframing and prototyping. * Component system design. * User research. * Usability testing. * Web accessibility.
