Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the warehouse **JOB OBJECTIVE** Organize and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring inventory control, receiving, and dispatch. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience \- Graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration or Logistics \- Preferred experience in mining, construction, or industrial sector companies. \- Driver's license A\-1 \- Must reside in Abancay **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities. Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of products. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping. Verify that materials and products comply with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with warehouse staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance. Monitor proper use of equipment, tools, and materials. Prepare reports on receipts, unloading, loading, and shipments. Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics departments. Implement process improvements to optimize time and reduce costs.
