Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant to support receiving, control, material transfer, and warehouse organization, ensuring proper material handling and production flow.

At Latin Factory, a company dedicated to manufacturing footwear, leather handbags, and accessories, we are looking for a **Warehouse Operations Assistant** to join the team that makes it possible for our designs to reach each customer in impeccable condition.
**Your Role:**
Provide operational support in receiving, physical inventory control, material transfer, and warehouse organization, ensuring correct material handling, quality control assistance, and continuity of workflow.
**Responsibilities:**
* Physically assist with unloading and transferring materials upon receipt.
* Physically inspect deliveries from suppliers according to quality parameters.
* Verify quantities delivered by suppliers.
* Conduct physical counts of materials during cycle inventories and the general inventory.
* Identify, segregate, and physically label materials with shrinkage or deterioration for subsequent recording by the responsible warehouse assistant.
* Transfer prepared materials from the warehouse to production lines or workstations.
* Maintain order, cleanliness, and signage in warehouse areas throughout the shift.
* Assist with physical shipment preparation when workload requires.
* Manage returns of materials from production.
**Requirements:**
* Completed secondary education.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and other Office tools.
* Minimum six months’ experience as a warehouse operator or assistant in the textile industry.
* Availability to work in Surco.

**Working Hours:**
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. \| Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \| Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
