If you have the qualities and drive to lead teams, there are positions ready to develop your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** **EDUCATION:** Completed secondary education **EXPERIENCE** Preferably at least one year of experience in similar roles within industrial companies. **ROLE - PURPOSE** Proper conditioning and reconditioning of products, handling documentation required by GMP. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** This description reflects the essential responsibilities, functions, and competencies of this position. Additional responsibilities and/or duties may be assigned as appropriate. * Clear the production line in your conditioning area. * Perform operational tasks such as fitting, labeling, bagging, sealing bags, and covering. * Follow established procedures and comply with GMP. * Record all aspects related to the conditioning or reconditioning process in the conditioning and reconditioning log. * Prepare materials on the conditioning and reconditioning line before starting the process. * Report any difficulties during operations or inspections, or equipment defects used in the conditioning and reconditioning process, to the Production Supervisor. * Operate equipment properly to maintain it in good condition. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * + Perform packaging of conditioned products when assigned, considering the following: Verify that the product has the physical characteristics requested by the customer: batch code, labels, expiration date, etc. + Notify the Quality Control Supervisor to verify the quantities to be packaged and obtain approval before closing boxes. + Assemble the pallet and report the conditioned units. + Deliver the pallets to the warehouse operator. + Always use the safety equipment assigned for your process. + Maintain concentration and avoid exposure to risks in conditioning areas. + Do not use inappropriate tools on the lines or handle materials without proper protection according to designated processes. + Comply with procedures indicated by GMP. + Arrive punctually to your workplace. + Do not leave your job before the process is completed. + Carry out assigned processes with the required concentration to produce quality products, avoiding reprocessing or rejection by quality control. * Other duties not specified but explicitly assigned upon request by the employer or direct supervisor. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Work will be performed in the districts of Punta Hermosa and/or Lurin. (Mon to Fri from 8:00am to 5:48pm, Sat from 8:30am to 12:30pm).
