Highlights: 1. Design-led, technically hands-on Webflow development role 2. Translates brand strategy into polished, responsive Webflow experiences 3. Collaborates with marketing, branding, and development teams About the Role This is a design\-led but technically hands\-on position. You will translate Avam’s brand strategy, marketing priorities, and business requirements into polished, responsive, and scalable Webflow experiences. You will work closely with Avam’s marketing and branding teams, as well as a Senior Webflow Developer \& Integrations Lead and an e\-commerce developer. The right person will be more than a Webflow page builder. You should be comfortable creating reusable design systems, structuring Webflow CMS content, writing custom front\-end code, and working with APIs and external data sources. A significant part of Avam’s website infrastructure will involve integrations with a product information management system, or PIM, and other marketing and business applications. You will collaborate with the integrations lead to implement and maintain the user\-facing portions of these integrations. What You’ll Do * Design and build pages, templates, components, and digital experiences for **avam.com** and the **Chem subsidiary website**. * Translate brand guidelines, Figma designs, wireframes, and marketing requirements into production\-ready Webflow implementations. * Develop and maintain a scalable Webflow design system using reusable components, variables, styles, and documented standards. * Create responsive experiences that work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. * Structure and maintain Webflow CMS collections, relationships, templates, and publishing workflows. * Build landing pages, campaign pages, product pages, company information pages, resource centers, and other marketing experiences. * Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when Webflow’s native functionality is not sufficient. * Build and maintain front\-end experiences that consume data from APIs, including product information supplied through Avam’s PIM. * Work with the Senior Webflow Developer \& Integrations Lead to implement secure, reliable integrations between Webflow and external platforms. * Collaborate with the e\-commerce developer to maintain visual and functional consistency across Avam’s corporate, Chem, and Sciences websites. * Partner closely with marketing and branding teams on campaigns, launches, content updates, and ongoing website improvements. * Ensure that designs remain consistent with the distinct identities of Avam and Chem. * Optimize websites for accessibility, page speed, usability, search visibility, and conversion. * Implement and test forms, analytics, tracking, cookie\-consent tools, search, and other third\-party applications. * Conduct cross\-browser, cross\-device, and pre\-release quality assurance. * Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, CMS, JavaScript, API\-data, and publishing issues. * Monitor website performance and recommend improvements based on analytics, user behavior, and business priorities. * Document components, page structures, CMS models, publishing procedures, and recurring website operations. * Support ongoing content updates while helping marketing teams use Webflow safely and efficiently. What We’re Looking For * Professional experience designing and developing production websites in Webflow. * A strong portfolio demonstrating polished, responsive, brand\-driven websites. * Advanced knowledge of Webflow, including CMS collections, components, variables, interactions, responsive breakpoints, forms, and custom code. * Strong visual\-design fundamentals, including typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, color, and interaction design. * Experience translating Figma designs into accurate and maintainable Webflow builds. * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Experience consuming REST APIs and working with structured data such as JSON. * Understanding of API concepts including authentication, asynchronous requests, loading states, error states, pagination, and rate limits. * Ability to recognize when an integration requires a secure server\-side, middleware, or serverless solution rather than browser\-side code. * Experience creating reusable design systems and scalable website components. * Understanding of responsive design, website accessibility, technical SEO, and front\-end performance. * Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality assurance. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across two related brands. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with marketing, branding, developers, and business stakeholders. * Strong written and spoken English. * Availability for substantial daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time. Nice to Have * Experience working with a PIM, DAM, CRM, ERP, product catalog, or another structured\-data platform. * Experience building product\-driven or catalog\-driven websites. * Familiarity with serverless functions, middleware, Node.js, or TypeScript. * Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, marketing automation, consent management, or CRM integrations. * Experience with website migrations, redirects, domain changes, or large\-scale CMS restructuring. * Familiarity with Git or another source\-control workflow. * Experience with conversion optimization, experimentation, or user testing. * Experience supporting B2B, healthcare, life sciences, technology, or other complex corporate websites. * Basic motion\-design, illustration, or image\-editing skills. How This Role Fits Into the Team You will be part of a three\-person Website Operations team: * **Senior Webflow Developer \& Integrations Lead** — responsible for integration architecture, middleware, API infrastructure, technical standards, and complex Webflow development. * **Webflow Designer \& Front\-End Developer** — this role, responsible for visual design, front\-end implementation, Webflow development, and daily operation of the Avam and Chem websites. * **E\-commerce Platform Developer** — responsible for the Avam Sciences e\-commerce website and its commerce\-related systems. You will work most closely with the Senior Webflow Developer \& Integrations Lead. Although that person will own the overall integration architecture, you should be able to independently build, test, and troubleshoot API\-connected front\-end experiences. What Success Looks Like Within your first several months, you will: * Develop a strong understanding of the Avam and Chem brands, audiences, and business priorities. * Help establish a scalable Webflow design system for both websites. * Deliver high\-quality pages and website updates accurately and on schedule. * Create reusable components and CMS structures that reduce repetitive work. * Establish a productive working relationship with Avam’s marketing and branding teams. * Successfully implement and maintain front\-end experiences connected to Avam’s PIM and other applications. * Improve website consistency, accessibility, performance, usability, and maintainability. * Create clear documentation that supports reliable day\-to\-day website operations. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From S/.6,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of professional experience do you have designing and developing production websites in Webflow? * Please provide links to two or three live Webflow websites that you personally helped design or develop. For each website, briefly explain which parts you personally owned. * Describe one Webflow project where you used custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, or connected the website to an API or external data source. What did the integration do, and what was your personal responsibility? Work Location: Remote
