Opportunities for professional growth GRAPHIC COMPANY, with over 15 years of experience in the graphic industry **Job Objective** The PRINTING WORKSHOP MANAGER will be responsible for leading and supervising all printing workshop operations, ensuring process efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery. This role oversees personnel management, resource optimization, machinery maintenance, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Direct printing processes (offset), finishing operations (cutting, die-cutting, laminating, etc.), and ensure orders are delivered on time and as specified. * Manage production and finishing operations within the printing workshop. * Assign tasks, monitor performance, train staff, and foster a collaborative work environment. * Ensure products meet quality standards by inspecting color, alignment, cutting, and finishing. * Verify machine status, coordinate maintenance activities, and manage spare parts procurement. * Monitor material inventory (paper, inks, adhesives) and place orders to prevent delays. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly workplace. * Collaborate with sales, design, and administration departments to optimize processes and meet customer expectations. * Implement improvements to reduce costs, waste, and production downtime. * Resolve incidents and address complaints related to product quality or delivery. **Candidate Requirements** · Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Graphic Production, Graphic Design, or related fields. · Certifications in production management, quality, or industrial safety (preferred). · Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within the graphic or printing industry. · Advanced knowledge of offset printing processes, finishing techniques, and operation of specialized machinery. · Experience leading teams and managing personnel. **Technical Skills** · Proficiency in production planning and control software. · Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for printing machinery. · Familiarity with quality control tools and process optimization techniques. **Soft Skills** · Leadership and ability to motivate teams. · Effective communication for cross-departmental coordination and customer interaction. · Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. · Attention to detail and quality focus. **We Offer** · Working hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM · Dynamic and collaborative work environment. · Opportunities for professional growth within the company. · Small-business payroll registration.
