




Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the procurement of materials and services for real estate projects, supervise compliance, and propose improvements. At **Evergran Real Estate Group**, we are looking for a **Logistics Coordinator** for our Real Estate Projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the planning of procurement for materials, equipment, PPE, uniforms, office supplies, and services required by various departments and group projects. * Supervise the proper fulfillment of assigned logistics requirements, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and conditions. * Coordinate with construction sites, administrative departments, and suppliers to ensure operational continuity for real estate and construction projects. * Validate quotation, evaluation, and supplier selection processes, ensuring criteria of price, quality, and delivery time. * Prepare and review comparative tables to support purchasing decisions. * Propose improvements to logistics processes to achieve operational efficiencies and cost savings, as well as warehouse management improvements aimed at optimizing resources and reducing stock losses or shortages. * Coordinate and validate the generation of purchase requests, purchase orders, and service orders in the S10 ERP system, in accordance with internal procedures. * Consolidate logistics information for management reporting, KPIs, and departmental control. * Verify compliance with company-established logistics and procurement procedures. * Provide direct support to the Logistics Manager in planning, controlling, and monitoring departmental operations. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, procurement, and/or supply chain functions. * Experience in real estate or construction companies. * Proficiency in ERP S10\. * Technical knowledge in procurement management, supply chain, and inventory control; supplier evaluation and qualification. **Conditions** * Location: Central Office * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Work Modality: On-site * Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
