We are seeking top-tier talent for the position of: Position: **Mechanical-Electrical Engineer / Electrical Installation Supervisor** Location: Cercado de Lima (Av. Argentina) Type: Industrial (factory) **Functions and Responsibilities:** Responsible for validation, supervision, issuance, and delivery of reports and documents as required for Mechanical-Electrical Engineering discipline related to the corresponding project. * Lead the implementation of electrical power networks, electrical panels, HVAC systems, and elevators, in coordination with the team under supervision and/or subcontractors. * Validate and/or coordinate drawings, specifications, technical data sheets, procedures, etc. * Propose and develop mechanical-electrical engineering solutions planned for the project, including descriptive and calculation reports, technical specifications, and other documents related to mechanical-electrical installation disciplines. * Validate electrical, mechanical, and gas installations on site; prepare testing protocols. * Submit monthly reports and valuations for electrical, mechanical, gas, HVAC, and elevator installations. * Serve as Site Supervisor for mechanical, electrical, and gas installations in multifamily residential, corporate office, retail commercial, industrial, and other projects. * Develop comprehensive mechanical-electrical installation projects, obtaining the corresponding approval from the relevant authority. * Coordinate the proposed mechanical-electrical engineering solution with architectural proposals and with other disciplines involved in project development and design. * Prepare line items that will constitute the construction budget within this specialty, as well as perform quantity take-offs, in consultation and coordination with cost, budgeting, and scheduling specialists and construction works specialists. * Comply with procedures established in the Integrated Management System applicable to this role. **Requirements:** * Degree-holding and licensed Mechanical-Electrical Engineer or Electrical Engineer, or related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in supervisory, installation management, or specialist engineering roles * Work areas: Projects, public and private construction * Industry/Sector: Construction, Buildings, and Industrial Knowledge: * Knowledge of project supervision or management * Knowledge of electrical installation * Training/Courses/Specialization in air conditioning, ventilation, and extraction systems We Offer: * Formal employment under the general labor regime, with all statutory benefits * Contract for 3 months or duration of the project We promote labor inclusion and integration without discrimination based on disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, place of origin, or generation All talents are welcome!
