Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager to lead and supervise the successful execution of road infrastructure and construction projects, controlling processes and optimizing resources. The professional will be ultimately responsible for the operation, daily coordination, and integration of all construction fronts, ensuring that operations proceed with the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Their strategic focus will center on on-site decision-making, resolution of complex contingencies, and assurance of both technical and economic project outcomes, aligning execution with the organization’s corporate objectives. **Candidate Requirements** **REQUIREMENTS** **Academic Qualifications:** * Civil Engineer, or Highway Engineer, or Engineer in Roads, Canals and Ports, or Structural Engineer, or Geotechnical and Mining Engineer **Experience:** * General Experience: 15 years of experience since graduation or issuance of the corresponding diploma (for Foreign Professionals). * Specific Experience: 10 years of specific experience as Resident Engineer and/or Superintendent and/or Project/Construction Manager and/or Construction/Project Engineer and/or Production Manager on similar construction projects **Location:** * Metropolitan Lima **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Control of construction processes. * Responsible for the operation and daily coordination of construction works. * Performs other inherent duties.
