**Role Objective**
As a Sales Support Student, you will provide essential support to the Key Account Manager by assisting in information analysis, inventory tracking, SOUPS (promotions) management, and direct coordination with wholesalers and customers to ensure effective portfolio and forecast control.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist with the entry of quotations and order processing for relevant deals, acquisitions, and run rate according to revenue level.
* Support in processing and analyzing information: sales out, inventories, forecasts, competition, etc.
* Assist in inventory control and follow\-up.
* Support in updating the status of opportunities in the system.
* Assist in processing backend bids, SOUPS, and promotions.
* Support in the development of pre\-bases or tender documents.
* Assist in the development of labs with sales representatives and end users.
* Support customer inquiries and post\-sales follow\-up.
**✅** **Basic Requirements**
* Student of 7th or 8th cycle onwards in Computer Engineering, Systems, Electronics, or related fields.
* Advance English.
* Excellent command of Office tools (especially Excel).
* Demonstrates strong learning agility, organizational and planning skills, accountability, analytical and problem\-solving abilities, effective oral and written communication, and excels at teamwork and building relationships at all levels.
