If you have the qualities and drive to lead teams, positions are ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **SENIOR WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** **EDUCATION:** Minimum completed secondary education. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse assistant, team leader, or warehouse supervisor in pharmaceutical products, medical devices, food, or related fields. * Must have experience in receiving, verification, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch processes, preferably with logistics operators. **ROLE \- PURPOSE** Responsible for all merchandise handling: receiving, sorting, storing, dispatching, arranging, and maintaining the warehouse stock in good condition; ensuring cleanliness and order within the warehouse. **KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** This description reflects the essential responsibilities, functions, and competencies of this role. Additional responsibilities and/or duties appropriate to the role may be assigned as deemed necessary. * Executes product receipt in accordance with current regulations and Good Storage Practices (GSP). * Performs verification of received products (imports and returns), ensuring accuracy in counting at the level of code, batch, and/or serial number. * Stores products according to each client's designated locations and the product's ABC classification. * Performs packaging and dispatch of products per the applicable procedure. * Segregates stock available for write-off, per client instructions. * Conducts product counts for inventory verification. * Measures temperature and relative humidity in the warehouse per established frequencies. * Complies with safety policies and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) within the warehouse. * Performs other duties assigned during the course of employment. * Other unspecified duties expressly assigned by the employer or direct supervisor. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Work performed in the districts of Punta Hermosa and/or Lurin and/or Surquillo.
