Excellent working environment At the Training and Development Center, we are looking for an organized and eager-to-learn Administrative Academic Assistant to develop professionally in academic and management areas. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Technical or university studies in Administration or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative functions. * Basic / intermediate knowledge of Excel, Office, and digital tools. * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn. * Ability to work in a team and support various administrative and academic activities. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Provide support in organizing meetings or workshops. * Update databases and tracking charts. * Provide direct support to the administrative and academic departments. * Answer internal calls and inquiries. * Maintain order and up-to-date digital documents. **BENEFITS**: * Payment via Honorarium Receipts, with possibility of transitioning to payroll based on performance evaluation. * Market-aligned remuneration. * Continuous training. * Opportunities for growth and learning. * Excellent working environment.
