The candidate will be responsible for **document organization**, **data collection and registration**, ensuring efficiency and order in internal processes. **Responsibilities:** * Updating the production Excel file * Uploading physical meeting minutes as PDFs to the CR cloud * Assigning tasks to the next day's route schedule * Updating the Calidda website * Updating the warehouse database and outgoing material order records * Preparing the daily CR report * Support in the preparation and presentation of reports and summaries **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative roles * Intermediate proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Residence in Chorrillos **Key Competencies:** * Organization and order * Ability to organize, pay attention to detail, and act proactively * Effective communication * Teamwork * Proactivity and results orientation Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
