




Job Summary: This role involves documentation administration, logistics tracking, and management of communications and files, requiring coordination with suppliers and workers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Documentation administration and logistics tracking. 2. Coordination and management of contracts with suppliers and workers. 3. Management of communication equipment and files. \- Administer unit documentation (ownership cards, vehicle technical inspection certificates, license plates, SOAT, etc.) \- Register, control, and track the TMS. \- Maintain files classified and organized. \- Coordinate, issue, and track contracts with suppliers and workers. \- Administer communication equipment (mobile phones), GPS units, among others. **JOB PROFILE:** \- Graduate in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (will be assessed). \- 0–1 year of experience in similar positions, preferably in the transportation sector. \- Must reside in Supe or neighboring districts (mandatory).
