We are looking for an organized, proactive, and communicative Administrative Assistant to support the company's operational and administrative activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and organize administrative documentation. * Field document management. * Coordinate with suppliers and clients. * Track payments, purchases, and internal requests. * Support scheduling, meetings, and internal coordination. * Monitor office supplies and materials inventory. * Provide administrative support to various departments of the company. * Handle emails, phone calls, and basic client or supplier inquiries. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Excel and Office tools. * Strong writing and communication skills. * Organizational and task-tracking abilities. * Responsibility and attention to detail. Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm; and the last two Saturdays of each month, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm * Salary expectations Work Location: On-site employment
