




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to perform dual responsibilities including accounting recordkeeping, document filing, and shipment tracking—ensuring system updates and logistical coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist with tax filings and bank reconciliations. 2. Handle accounting documentation and logistical tracking. 3. Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a team. WE ARE SEEKING AN ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT Requirements: * Graduate in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsibility. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. Accounting Assistant Responsibilities: * Record purchase entries, maintain the management system up to date, and monitor purchase orders. * Manage and file invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents. * Assist with tax filings (IGV, Income Tax), handle withholdings and advance payments. * Perform bank and account reconciliations. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. All statutory benefits and payroll registration from the first day of employment are provided. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: * Track shipments to provincial areas. * Label and control shipments to provincial areas. * Update and send shipment reports to provincial areas. * Coordinate customer return pickups. * Verify receipt of orders. * Track shipment and pickup of envelopes, charges, etc. * Update the shipping and transportation settlement schedule.
