Accounts receivable and payable tracking, and invoice issuance Job Description A company in the meat and refrigeration industry is looking for (1) Administrative Assistant (student or pre-professional intern). Responsibilities: * Document management and organization * Coordination and delegation of tasks to cold storage facility staff * Direct support to management * Support in recruitment and personnel selection (as needed) * Procurement management for cleaning and office supplies * Supervision of weighing scale for product intake and outbound shipments * Inventory ledger (Kardex) control and updates for cold storage facility * Tracking and control of accounts receivable and payable * Invoice issuance and registration for payment follow-up * Organization of documents in Google Drive (contracts, files, etc.) * Cash reconciliation for retail store (credit sales and expenses) * Excel-based supply tracking * Other assigned administrative duties Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. For more information, contact us via WhatsApp: 920716303 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Salary: Starting from S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
