Requirements Student, technician, or graduate in Administration, Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ERP system knowledge is desirable. Experience in customer service, sales, or commercial support. Experience in preparing and tracking quotations. Ability to organize and monitor commercial processes. Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. Proactive, responsible attitude with eagerness to learn. Availability to work on-site in Chorrillos. Responsibilities Prepare and track quotations. Provide administrative and commercial support to the sales team. Handle customer inquiries and requests. Coordinate with the warehouse for order preparation and dispatch. Follow up on commercial opportunities and purchase orders. Maintain updated customer information in the system. Coordinate commercial and administrative documentation. Other duties related to the position.
