Maintain order and transparency in financial operations. **We are looking for an Administrative Accounting Assistant!** We want to welcome a professional to our team who can help us maintain order and transparency in our financial operations. **Job Mission** Execute the recording, control, and reconciliation of the company's financial transactions and supporting documentation, ensuring accurate and reliable information for managerial decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Record and classify invoices, payment receipts, petty cash vouchers, and expense reports. * Issue electronic payment receipts and validate documents according to tax regulations. * Perform daily or monthly bank reconciliations. * Maintain physical and digital files ready for audits. * Support preparation of electronic accounting books and tax returns. **Requirements** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting assistance. * Knowledge of tax regulations. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); accounting software is desirable. * Skills: attention to detail, organizational ability, professional ethics, and analytical capability. **Reports to:** Area Manager If you seek growth in the accounting field and wish to contribute to a tourism-sector company committed to excellence, this opportunity is for you!
