Working Hours: * 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * One day off per week. Responsibilities: * Provide customer service and assistance in the dining area. * Greet and seat customers courteously. * Accurately take and record orders. * Know and communicate information about the menu, dishes, beverages, and promotions. * Serve and clear dishes, beverages, and utensils from tables. * Ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time. * Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables, dining area, and service zones. * Assist with setting up and clearing tables. * Address customer inquiries, requests, and needs. * Coordinate with kitchen and cashier to ensure efficient service. * Adhere to the restaurant’s hygiene, organization, and service standards. Profile: * Preferred: Prior experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in restaurants. * Service orientation and excellent customer service. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers. * Responsible, punctual, and committed. * Professional personal appearance and grooming. * Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. * Agility, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions. * Proactive, friendly, and positive attitude. * Basic knowledge of dining room service and order handling. **Interested candidates:** Please submit your CV or contact **907 477 471**.
