We seek responsible, committed individuals who focus on route compliance and delivering appropriate customer service. Responsibilities * Perform merchandise dispatch and delivery according to assigned routes. * Verify correct loading and unloading of products. * Comply with delivery protocols and document control procedures. * Maintain communication with operations and route administration. * Ensure the assigned vehicle remains in good condition and is used properly. * Comply with traffic regulations and internal safety policies. * Report incidents, observations, or delays occurring during the route. * Assist in maintaining basic order and control of the vehicle. * Occasionally assist with loading and unloading. Requirements * A3C Driver's License * Experience in delivery, distribution, or operational transportation. * Knowledge of local routes and transportation regulations. Competencies * Responsibility and punctuality. * Commitment to operations. * Courteous behavior and effective communication. * Teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure. Benefits * PEN 2,000 \+ PEN 300, with possibility of increase after several months: PEN 2,000 \+ PEN 500 (based on performance) * Formal employment with statutory benefits (12 monthly salaries \+ 2 bonuses \+ CTS \+ Essalud). * Biweekly and timely payment. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
