Driver Support Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage driver recruitment, respond to inquiries, coordinate interviews, and provide end-to-end support from onboarding to stabilization. We are the official mobility provider for Jorge Chávez International Airport and the most important shopping centers in Lima — and behind every driver operating on our platform is a team that genuinely supports them. What do we require? * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, coordination, or operational support. * Preferred: experience in onboarding or recruitment processes. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills for data handling and consolidation. * Proficiency in WhatsApp Business or mass messaging tools. * Basic knowledge of payment processes and operational scheduling. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing attention to detail. * What will you do? What will you do? * Actively manage all recruitment channels to reach potential drivers. * Respond to initial candidate inquiries, provide clear information about the process, and maintain warm communication from the first message. * Schedule, confirm, and follow up on selection interviews. * Support drivers from onboarding through stabilization: documentation, orientation, system access, and post-onboarding assistance. * Receive, verify, and organize each driver’s documentation, maintain updated records, and coordinate onboarding logistics. * Validate driver operational data (hours, shifts), consolidate in Excel, and submit clean and timely reports to Finance.
