Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **CORPORACIÓN PORTO S.A.C.** is looking for a responsible, proactive, and eager-to-learn **Kitchen Assistant** to join our team. * Job Objective Ensure efficient and high-quality customer service by supervising dining area operations, coordinating service staff, and ensuring compliance with customer service, cleanliness, and presentation standards. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the proper functioning of the customer service area. * Coordinate and assign duties to service staff. * Greet and welcome customers. * Promptly resolve complaints and incidents. * Verify proper plating presentation before dish delivery. * Supervise adherence to customer service protocols. * Coordinate with kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth service flow. * Verify orderliness and cleanliness of the dining area. * Assist in opening and closing procedures of the establishment. * Supervise staff adherence to scheduled working hours. * Prepare incident reports when required. Requirements * Minimum **1 year** of experience as Service Supervisor, Dining Room Manager, or Customer Service Supervisor in restaurants, cafés, or cevicherías. * Knowledge of customer service and staff management. * Ability to handle high-pressure situations. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
