We are currently looking for **Junior and Senior Commercial Executives**, individuals with the right attitude, commitment, and desire to grow professionally in the commercial field. Responsibilities * Prospect and acquire corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients via telephone outreach. * Market telecommunications services from leading brands such as Entel, Claro, Movistar, and WOW. * Provide commercial advisory services, negotiate, and close sales. * Manage the entire sales process until deal closure. * Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM. Requirements * Completed or ongoing technical studies. * Age between 20 and 45 years. * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles. * Prior experience in telecommunications sales is desirable. * Proactive attitude, initiative, and results orientation. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Availability to work onsite in San Isidro.
