At Aruma, we are seeking a new Warehouse Associate to join our team. As Peru’s first beauty-specialized retail chain, we know that a well-organized store is also part of an exceptional customer experience. ### **What will you do in this role?** * Receive merchandise delivered by direct suppliers. * Maintain the stock ledger (Kardex) and conduct cycle counts. * Report discrepancies identified in received merchandise. * Monitor shrinkage (expired or damaged items) and support inventory processes. * Organize and maintain a clean warehouse, high-value area, and shelving units. * Ensure compliance with the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method. ### **What are we looking for?** * Completed secondary education (mandatory requirement). * Minimum 6 months of experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service. * Availability to work rotating shifts (one day off between Monday and Sunday). ### **What do we offer?** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * The opportunity to join Lindcorp, one of the country’s most solid business groups. * A positive work environment where effort and teamwork are valued. **Are you ready to work in what you love?** ------------------------------------------------ #### **At Aruma, every detail matters—and so do you.**
