Position Summary: We are seeking a charismatic and service-oriented Hostess to manage guest welcoming, table assignment, and customer service at a Northern Peruvian cuisine restaurant. Excellent orientation and vocation for service **HOSTESS – SANTOS LA CASA DE TODOS** Santos – La Casa de Todos, a Northern Peruvian cuisine restaurant, is looking for a **HOSTESS** to join our team. Location\-Miraflores, Lima Schedule \- Tuesday to Sunday: 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Day off: Monday Arrival time is 11:30 a.m. for preparation and lunch. Front-door service begins at 12:00 p.m. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a hostess, receptionist, or in customer service. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Charismatic, friendly, and positive-attitude person. * Excellent orientation and vocation for service. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Tolerance and ability to resolve situations with kindness and professionalism. * Prior experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or premium-service establishments is desirable. * Residency in Miraflores or nearby districts. Responsibilities: * Greet customers warmly and courteously upon arrival. * Manage guest entry and table assignments. * Coordinate reservations and table availability with the dining room team. * Provide information about the menu, dishes, and restaurant services. * Learn and become thoroughly familiar with the restaurant’s menu. * Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure seamless service. * Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. * Bid customers a warm and courteous farewell. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by management.
