Requirements * Registered and licensed lawyer. * Responsibility, commitment, and professional ethics. * Strong legal writing skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills and client orientation. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Experience in notarial and registry law (preferred). Responsibilities * Drafting, reviewing, and qualifying **protocolary public instruments** (e.g., sales agreements, donations, mortgages, company formations, powers of attorney, successions, etc.). * Drafting and reviewing **extraprotocolary instruments** (e.g., powers of attorney, signature legalizations, certifications, travel authorizations, survivorship certificates, certified copies, etc.). * Preparing drafts of public deeds and other notarial documents. * Attending to, guiding, and advising users on notarial procedures. * Qualifying titles and verifying compliance with legal requirements. * Following up on notarial and registry procedures until completion. * Coordinating with public and private entities, especially SUNARP and related institutions. * Reviewing legal and registry documentation. * Supporting other functions inherent to the notary’s legal department.
