Position Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Assistant with experience in communication and design to propose, coordinate, and execute audiovisual productions, as well as generate content and analyze trends for brand positioning. Collaboration in report preparation and customer segmentation. **Position:** **Marketing Department Assistant** **Profile:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in audiovisual software (Adobe Premiere and After Effects) and design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom). (Mandatory). * Proficiency in lighting, photography, and video equipment operation. (Mandatory). * Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, CRM, event management, and Advanced Microsoft Office. * Training in audiovisual production and/or photography (Preferred). **Main Responsibilities:** * Propose, coordinate, and execute audiovisual productions (pre-production, production, and post-production). * Cover activations and events organized or attended by the company to generate audiovisual content. * Identify and propose social media trends that contribute to brand positioning and reach. * Develop and provide support in graphic design and photo editing for materials required by the department. * Prepare work reports, analyze commercial metrics, assist in customer segmentation, and generate reports upon request from the Administration Head to measure results. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely response and fulfillment of requests directed to the Marketing Department. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the Head of Administration and Finance. **Benefits:** * Full social benefits under the General Regime. * Covered lunch. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Payroll under the General Regime. * Birthday leave. * Excellent working environment.
