Job Summary: We are seeking Restaurant Runner staff with customer service experience to ensure proper service execution and maintenance of assigned areas, including delivering orders and supporting various activities. What do you need? \- Completion of secondary education. \- Minimum 3–6 months of customer service experience, or as a Waiter and/or Runner in restaurants or cafés. \- Availability to work in Miraflores. \- Full availability to work rotating shifts. What will you do? * Actively manage MOT (Moment of True) execution by greeting, thanking, and bidding farewell to customers, and providing attentive service. * Set up tables. * Collect glassware, tableware, and bottles from tables. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned areas by the waiter during opening and closing shifts. * Maintain stock levels of sauces, napkins, and service utensils. * Restock and organize stations and/or auxiliary tables. * Deliver orders to customers’ tables. * Support other tasks assigned by management.
