We seek a proactive, empathetic, and service-oriented individual capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and contributing to the growth of our digital channel. Main Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries and orders via **WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital channels**. * Provide guidance on pharmaceutical products, OTC items, and personal care. * Register orders and track them until delivery to the customer. * Coordinate with delivery riders, couriers, and pharmacies to ensure timely deliveries. * Validate medical prescriptions when applicable, following internal protocols. * Conduct post-sale follow-up and handle incidents. * Support customer loyalty strategies and enhance customer experience. Requirements * Graduate or certified **Pharmacy Technician**. * Minimum **1 year of experience in pharmacies, drugstores, or customer service**. * Proficiency in **WhatsApp Business, basic Excel, and digital tools**. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience in pharmaceutical sales or delivery is desirable.
