DP\&B SAC, a bakery company, is looking for the best talent to fill the position of Quality Inspector at our Chorrillos plant REQUIREMENTS: * Completed technical and/or university studies in Food Industries, Agroindustrial, or related fields. * Minimum 8 months of experience as a quality inspector and/or intern. * General knowledge of GMP. * Availability to work rotating shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Night). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Calibration and/or verification of equipment and instruments. * Review of production batches. * Raw material control. * Record daily incidents and/or non-conformities if any occur. * Verification and follow-up of finished products. * Verification of dosing: * Cleaning control and verification. * Approval of incoming materials (Receipts).
