Work environment that values good communication and order **Join the Truedent team!** We are looking for a proactive, organized Receptionist with excellent customer service skills. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities:** * Opening and closing the office. * Receiving and attending to patients. * Appointment scheduling and management. * Cash register closing. \* * **Compensation and Benefits:** * Formal employment registration (**planilla**) * Bi-weekly payments. **Requirements:** * Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation. * Proficiency in PC and **Excel** (basic/intermediate level). * Ability to communicate effectively via phone calls. * Strong oral communication skills. * Orderliness, cleanliness, and organizational skills. * Proactive attitude.
