Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced collections officer to contact clients, negotiate payments, resolve incidents, and report on management activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage collections and payment negotiations with clients 2. Resolve client incidents 3. Report management activities to supervision Contact clients to carry out collections and secure payment commitments. Negotiate payment amounts and due dates with clients. Resolve client incidents within established timeframes. Report completed activities to supervision.
