Great career opportunity Our client, a leading company in the occupational health sector, has entrusted us with identifying top talent to fill the position of Training and Development Analyst. Role Objective Execute and ensure the operationality of the training plan through logistical coordination, information analysis, and continuous follow-up. Key Responsibilities · Execute the training plan. · Coordinate in-person and virtual logistics. · Administer LMS platforms. · Analyze indicators. · Coordinate and supervise facilitators. · Manage information and reporting. · Track participants. · Update documentation. · Develop specialized training programs aligned with the business area. · Plan and organize onboarding training (in-person and virtual). · Develop and analyze KPIs for tracking and compliance. · Prepare executive progress reports. · Ensure the quality of training programs. · Supervise teams where applicable.
