Work in a dynamic environment At Fonbienes Perú EAFC S.A., we are looking for a proactive and organized Human Talent Assistant capable of working in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for supporting recruitment, selection, document management, training, and staff assistance. This is your opportunity to grow and develop within a Collective Funds company. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Psychology. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (preferred). * Knowledge of selection and talent management processes. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and office tools. * Strong writing skills, effective communication, and courteous interpersonal conduct. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in job posting, CV screening, and candidate scheduling. * Coordinate interviews and evaluations. * Maintain up-to-date employee files and internal documentation. * Support onboarding, training, and internal activities. * Prepare reports, certificates, letters, and other departmental documents. * Assist in attendance tracking and incident management. * Address staff inquiries with a service-oriented approach. * Perform other duties assigned by the Human Talent Department. **BENEFITS:** * Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Profit-sharing. * On-site work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM. * Work location: Av.
