Work in an organized and proactive environment A company with over 28 years of experience, specializing in providing solutions for operational and document process management for leading organizations in the banking, insurance, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical sectors, is currently seeking a **Documents Desk Assistant**, who meets the following requirements: **Requirements**: * Proficient basic-level Excel skills (Mandatory) * Customer service orientation * Experience in documentary work * Experience in documents desk/data entry * Computer proficiency **Responsibilities:** \- Receiving and validating various types of documents via email and in person from users or suppliers \- Digitizing duly validated documents \- Registering documents in Excel or client systems \- Generating reports on received documents \- Sending documents to custody \- Delivering documents to users \- Handling inquiries \- Supporting the documents desk \- Willingness to undergo training for different positions **Competencies:** * Proactive, responsible, skilled, organized, customer-oriented, articulate, courteous, orderly **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. **Salary:** * S/1250 monthly, under payroll plan **Remype** **District:** * San Isidro Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,250\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
