**Job Objective:**
Supervise and control local and national goods receipt, storage, distribution, and delivery operations, ensuring timely execution, proper documentation management, and transportation route efficiency.
**Academic Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in **Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, or related fields**.
**Experience**
* Minimum **2 years of experience in cargo transportation, logistics, distribution, or warehousing companies**.
* Experience supervising local and provincial transportation operations.
* Experience in distribution route planning and control.
* Experience monitoring and supervising drivers, delivery personnel, and operational staff.
* Preferred experience providing services to public entities and managing nationwide cargo operations.
**Knowledge**
* Handling transportation documentation: sender and carrier waybills, freight bills, and manifests.
* Distribution route planning and optimization.
* Warehouse and inventory control.
* Vehicle monitoring via GPS and delivery tracking.
* Management of operational KPIs and report generation.
* Knowledge of **TMS (Transportation Management System)**.
* Proficient use of **Microsoft Excel at intermediate or advanced level**.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate receipt of goods from clients and verify corresponding documentation.
* Plan and assign local and national distribution routes according to service requirements.
* Supervise cargo dispatch and distribution to ensure adherence to established deadlines.
* Continuously monitor drivers, delivery personnel, and transport vehicles.
* Coordinate with agencies, logistics operators, and warehouse staff to ensure operational continuity.
* Monitor cargo status during receipt, storage, and distribution stages.
* Supervise warehouse operations related to receipt, sorting, dispatch, and inventories.
* Verify correct issuance, receipt, and archiving of waybills, freight bills, and other operational documents.
* Manage operational incidents, returns, discrepancies, and pending deliveries.
* Prepare tracking, productivity, and delivery performance reports.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and service quality standards.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
