Position Summary: Ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance in fruit harvesting and dispatch, managing phytosanitary traceability and field personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages phytosanitary traceability before SENASA and shipping guides. 2. Leads field personnel administration and staffing. 3. Promotes continuous improvement in operational management. Mission: Ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance in fruit harvesting and dispatch to the plant, comprehensively managing phytosanitary traceability before SENASA and timely issuance of documents, as well as leading field personnel administration and staffing (attraction, selection, hiring, induction, and documentary custody), ensuring strict adherence to current labor laws and company internal policies. Functions: **Carry out procedures and formalities before SENASA regarding fruit traceability (production site codes, harvest minutes, and phytosanitary guides)** **Issue and validate Electronic Shipping Guides (sender and carrier) for safe transport to the plant.** **Recruit and select internal and external harvest personnel, evaluating technical and behavioral competencies in coordination with foremen and engineers** **Monitor the signing of temporary employment contracts and deliver company regulations and official documents to personnel.** **Coordinate occupational induction training, SST standards, and integration and motivation activities with HR** **Scan, safeguard, and upload signed contracts, payroll slips, and auditable documents into the shared HR folder** **Consolidate and submit validated weekly time sheets for timely payroll calculation** **Record receipt of raw materials at the inspection center and in Casma when applicable during the season** **Address harvest personnel inquiries and promote continuous improvement in field operational management** **Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor** **Requirements** Technical or university education in Industrial Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related fields. **Experience** 1 year of experience in procurement logistics, agricultural dispatch, or field personnel administration. **Technical Knowledge** **SENASA phytosanitary regulations (traceability and transit guides).** **Issuance of Electronic Shipping Guides (SUNAT).** **Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel)** **Driver's license (motorcycle/pickup truck).** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
