FIXED ASSETS ANALYST

Position Summary: Ensure proper accounting, documentary, and operational management of fixed assets in accordance with IFRS, supporting financial decision-making and tax compliance. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently. **POSITION MISSION:** Ensure proper accounting, documentary, and operational management of the company's fixed assets in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), supporting sound financial decision-making and tax compliance. Guarantee traceability, valuation, and physical control of the company's assets. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in roles related to inventory management and asset control. Minimum 3\-5 years of experience working in the mining sector. Experience with IAS and IFRS. Advanced Excel proficiency. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently. Results-oriented mindset and efficient resource management. Willingness to travel for site visits to our projects. Experience in completing Kardex records. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Supervise the management and control of the company's assets. Develop and maintain efficient processes for tracking and controlling assets. Coordinate with relevant departments to identify needs and requirements for additional assets. Develop and implement policies and procedures for fixed asset management, aiming to standardize acquisition, control, maintenance, and disposal. Manage disposals, retirements, and removals of fixed assets to keep both the accounting and physical asset registers up to date. Prepare reports and analyses on fixed asset management to provide visibility to management and support decision-making. Identify critical assets and propose maintenance and replacement plans to ensure organizational operational continuity. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or higher management.
