We are currently looking for: 01 PLANNING AND CONTROL ENGINEER – SANITARY ENGINEERING PROJECT Requirements: * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, duly registered and licensed. * Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in planning and control of infrastructure projects (preferably in water and sanitation). * Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. * Advanced Excel skills and experience developing monitoring dashboards. Experience with Power BI is desirable. * Knowledge of project management techniques: Earned Value Management (EVM), S-curves, critical path analysis. * Ability to prepare and present reports, strong communication skills (oral and written). * Familiarity with public procurement regulations in Peru and construction supervision will be an advantage. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and approve the project master schedule (baseline) using P6 and/or MS Project, including critical path, milestones, and deliverables. * Keep the schedule up to date: conduct weekly/monthly tracking of physical and financial progress, S-curves, earned value (EVM), and key performance indicators. * Identify delays, perform root cause analysis, propose recovery plans and evaluated rescheduling, and present them to supervision/contracting entity. * Coordinate with site teams, contractors, subcontractors, and supervisors to ensure the plan is feasible and aligned with production and logistics. * Integrate the schedule with costs, production, and resources, and develop monitoring dashboards (preferably in Power BI or advanced Excel). * Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly), look-ahead schedules (2\-4 weeks), deviation reports, and executive presentations for management and/or contracting entity. * Ensure compliance with supervision standards, contract requirements, and public works frameworks (e.g., regulations from Organismo Supervisor de las Contrataciones del Estado – OSCE; Organismo Técnico de la Administración de los Servicios de Saneamiento – OTASS; Autoridad Nacional del Agua – ANA, etc.), as applicable to the project. * Participate in site coordination meetings, record minutes, incorporate schedule adjustments, and maintain document control.
