We seek a proactive, results-oriented professional to join our construction team, providing support in the planning, monitoring, and control of civil construction projects. The role entails collaborating on quantity take-offs, cost analysis, progress tracking, and document management, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support planning and construction project control. * Prepare and review quantity take-offs, budgets, and progress valuations. * Monitor physical and financial progress of projects. * Manage technical documentation and site reports. * Coordinate with various involved departments to ensure proper execution of work. * Support optimization of resources, costs, and schedules. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum experience participating in 2 construction projects. * Knowledge of project planning, control, and management. * Proficiency in quantity take-offs, costing, and budgeting. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and teamwork capability. Salary: S/.3,000.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
