This position is based in Lima, within our EPD division. We are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality, differentiated branded generics spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiometabolic, pain management / central nervous system, and respiratory.
**What You’ll Do**
* **Identify, develop, and prioritize market access and reimbursement opportunities** within public and private healthcare systems to expand patient access to priority therapies.
* **Manage strategic relationships with payers, healthcare institutions, and key stakeholders**, facilitating product adoption and removing access barriers.
* **Implement and coordinate market access initiatives**, ensuring effective execution of national strategies at regional and institutional levels.
* **Drive inclusion of priority therapies** into institutional access, funding, and reimbursement mechanisms.
* **Lead execution of access initiatives across the entire portfolio**, including specialties, biosimilars, and oncology, identifying growth opportunities across diverse ecosystems.
* **Monitor market indicators, opportunities, risks, and dynamics**, generating insights and recommendations to optimize access strategies.
* **Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams** (Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Commercial Operations) to ensure achievement of access and business objectives.
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
* 5–7 years of experience in Market Access, access and reimbursement, institutional business, or business development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Experience working with public and private healthcare institutions, as well as payers.
* Solid understanding of the Peruvian healthcare system and institutional access processes.
* Experience designing and implementing access and/or reimbursement strategies.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex institutional processes.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and lead national-level initiative execution.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Field-based experience with national or multi-regional coverage.
* Experience in Oncology, Biosimilars, or Specialty products.
* Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
* Experience leading nationally scoped market access projects.
