We have established ourselves as a leading company in this sector, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Lead assigned processes end to end. * Conduct preliminary assessments of candidates' competencies, skills, and experience. * Post job openings across various platforms and recruitment channels. * Maintain the recruitment and selection matrix up to date. * Coordinate interviews with applicants and department leaders. * Ensure compliance with established procedures at each stage of the selection process. * Guarantee confidentiality, accuracy, and truthfulness of managed information. * Implement best practices to enhance candidate experience. * Manage hiring documentation and keep applicant databases updated. * Support continuous improvement and optimization of recruitment processes. * Propose improvements to procedures and tools used. * Manage job platforms and administer internal databases. * Other duties assigned related to the area. **What We Are Looking For:** * Studies in Human Resources or related fields. * Experience managing large-scale, technically specialized recruitment processes, preferably in telecommunications. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Availability to work on-site. **What We Offer:** * Flexibility in work modality. * Service contract (RxH). * Continuous training and internal certifications. * Dynamic team.
