Responsibilities * Support recruitment and selection processes * Posting and tracking job vacancies * Reviewing CVs and coordinating interviews * Assisting with onboarding of new employees * Organizing and updating personnel files * Supporting administrative tasks within the HR department Requirements * Student pursuing Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field... * Interest in the Human Resources field * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational ability and proactive attitude * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace We Offer * Practical experience in the Human Resources field * Ongoing mentoring and learning * Collaborative work environment * Flexible working hours compatible with studies * Internship agreement \+ remuneration Salary: S/.220\.00 \- S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
